Regarding question paper leaks, the West Africa Examinations Council (WAEC) has affirmed that no question papers for the ongoing WASSCE have been leaked.

WAEC’s Head of Public Affairs, issued a statement clarifying that no question paper leaks have occurred.

WAEC takes this issue very seriously and strongly objects to such false reports. According to the council’s monitoring and investigations, dishonest and disloyal supervisors, invigilators, or even candidates have been found to photograph question papers during exams and share them with external collaborators. These accomplices then provide solutions to the questions and distribute them to their subscribers through illegal websites, SMS, and WhatsApp. This activity goes against WAEC regulations, which forbid the use of cell phones in the examination hall.
